Christina Mallon is a digital marketer, inclusive designer and disability advocate at the forefront of an important movement working to combine inclusivity within technology and advertising.

Christina's arms slowly became paralyzed at the start of her career. The transition to ’disabled’ was challenging, but has never slowed her down. As a young digital marketing professional with a physical “disability” she felt under-represented as a consumer. Rather than being discouraged, she recognized the opportunity to grow awareness and make a meaningful impact which drew her to her current positions as board member of Open Style Lab and Accessibility lead of POSSIBLE NY. In addition to these two positions, she consults brands like Macy's, IKEA,  and The Wing on how to be more inclusive.

Christina’s work around inclusive design has received nation-wide attention and has been featured in Fast Company, Yahoo Style, NBC News, Vouge, BBC, and The New York Times.
